My clients and their Real Estate agent called me in to see if the home they were looking at had potential before they made an offer. The entire home was GREEN! Yet… the home had a wonderful feel to it…
so YES, potential!! 

I just knew I’d be thinking outside the box. Not an unusual thing for me to do…

THE STORY

We had the challenge. The home had potential. And together, my clients and I had a vision.

They bought the home and wanted it to feel happy, warm and welcoming. The artwork they already owned was going to be an integral part of making that happen… and it was this artwork and my out-of-the-box thinking that inspired the vision.

The Solution: Remove everything green! Use warm tones and art-inspired colors to bring warmth. Maintain an open feel with exposed beams. Install lighting to heighten the welcoming feel and cozy furnishings to encourage gathering spaces.

“It feels like home” is my favorite phrase to hear from my clients. It’s the ultimate compliment.
