THE CHALLENGE:

The client, a couple, loves to cook and entertain, but never made use of their back patio area. They wanted something that fit their style and allowed them to cook outdoors.

We’d already remodeled their three bathrooms, so, we got to work on this outdoor living space….

THE STORY

Since their back patio outdoor living area was never “lived in”, they were open to ideas. We did an architectural layout and rendering to show them what was possible with the space. We installed a gas fire pit, built in cooking area, stone work, new furishings and finishing touches. 

They are delighted that they now actually WANT to and CAN spend time in this part of their home.
